The shipment is effected for account of the customer. With no consideration for the agreed mode of dispatch, all shipments are send at the risk of the customer. The peril is transferred to the customer at that moment, when we have given the delivery item to the person or forwarding agent for shipment. The same is valid, if the delivery item has left our company for the purpose of shipment. As far as it is requested by the customer, we will cover the delivery by a transport insurance; the insofar arising costs have to be paid by the customer.
