1. The following terms are valid for all concluded contracts concerning delivery of goods between MALUSKA and the supplier. They are valid for all future business relations, also if not again particularly agreed. Deviating terms of the supplier, which are not particularly accepted by MALUSKA have no obligatory nature even if MALUSKA does not particularly contradict them. GENERAL INFORMATION
All offers and sales or other services are made exclusively on the base of our general terms of delivery and payment, which are in principle regarded as accepted by receipt of order.
